Arty is an Associate in Kennedys' Bermuda office, specialising in commercial disputes.

He has advocacy and advisory experience in multiple Commonwealth jurisdictions, including appearing as junior and sole counsel before various courts and tribunals.

His practice covers regulatory investigations, insolvency, insurance, complex multi-party proceedings, appeals, and arbitrations. He also has experience providing non-contentious advice, often pertaining to general property and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Kennedys’ Bermuda practice, Arty practised law in Auckland and Sydney.

Arty is fluent in English, French, and Russian, and can take instructions in these languages.
