Partner

Inbal is a partner in the medical malpractice and personal injury division at Kennedys in Israel. She qualified in 2002 and is fluent in Hebrew and English.

Inbal specialises in personal injury claims, focusing on medical and professional malpractice as well as general torts and insurance.

She leads a team, acting on behalf of sick funds, hospitals and physicians, in all Israeli courts' instances and in mediation proceedings. Inbal also represents defendants in professional negligence claims, general liability and motor vehicle compensation claims.

Inbal has extensive experience in representing insurance companies, medical institutions, sick funds, doctors and other professionals.

She deals with high profile cerebral palsy and obstetric claims, wrongful birth claims and a wide range of clinical medical negligence claims.

Inbal serves voluntarily as the Public Representative in the Helsinki Committee in the Be'er Yaacov Mental Health Centre.

Qualified in Israel in 2002 and admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2003 LL.B (Summa Cum Laude) the College of Management Academic Studies
