Isidoro,qualified in Spain in 1996, is a Partner in the Kennedys Law Madrid office with more than 24 years legal experience. For the last 15 years, he has worked exclusively for the insurance and reinsurance sector. He is an expert litigator and negotiator, handling matters for both local and London Market insurers and reinsurers. Isidoro advises domestic and foreign clients on financial institutions claims, including both contentious and non-contentious matters. Isidoro specialises in directors and officers, public offering of securities, bankers blanket bonds and commercial crime. He is an expert in the defence of Architects and Engineers in professional indemnity claims and has significant experience in the monitoring of court proceedings and acting as appointed counsel, protecting the interests of his clients in claims and lawsuits filed against them and their insureds.
