Paul is a principal of the firm, the Head of Litigation and Disputes and the head of the agriculture team. He has experience and expertise in all civil litigation matters, such as issuing court proceedings, mediation, arbitration, negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, issuing insolvency proceedings and enforcement of Judgments. He advises clients on contract disputes, negligence claims, debt recovery, nuisance claims, boundary disputes, building disputes, Consumer Rights Act claims and specialises in landlord and tenant disputes and Probate and Inheritance Act claims. He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and the Country Land and Business Association.
