Jane Cordner is the Head of HR Services at Blanchards Bailey.

Jane Cordner has worked in HR for over 35 years. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds an MA in  Human Resources Management (HRM). Whilst lecturing at Bournemouth and Southampton Solent universities, she became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Since joining Blanchards Bailey in 2016 as an HR Manager, she has progressed to Head of HR. Jane has also developed an HR consultancy service. Arriving with an established client base in the education and charity sectors, she has since developed this service further amongst local businesses, including those in the retail, manufacturing, and construction industries.

Today, Jane advises on a wide range of HR matters, from recruitment, training and development, retention and reward strategies to performance management, grievance, and disciplinary issues. She’s responsive to urgent matters and focussed on developing proactive strategies, supported by the Blanchards Bailey’s Employment Law team, where appropriate.
