Charlotte is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Regulatory Team. She assists and advises on matters predominantly in three of the Team’s core service areas: 1)Advising Solicitors and Law Firms; 2) Defending Accountants and Accountancy Firms; 3) Advice for Regulators and Public Bodies.

Charlotte has a background in both regulatory law and civil litigation; she, in turn, is experienced in presenting cases with an unfettered dedication to obtaining the best possible outcome for clients in high-pressured and incredibly sensitive situations. She appreciates the need for creative solutions to achieve the earliest possible resolution for her clients, whether from the regulated or regulator perspective, without compromising on the details.

In acting for both regulated individuals and regulatory bodies Charlotte brings a holistic approach to each case presented by her clients. The unique needs and goals of each client are at the forefront of her day-to-day work; she recognises the importance of never losing sight of the human and business needs of the individuals, firms and bodies for whom she acts, as they seek legal input on the issues faced.

Charlotte was ranked as an 'Associates-to-Watch' in Chambers and Partners in 2023 and as a 'Rising Star' in Legal 500 2023. She was introduced to Kingsley Napley after being awarded a University prize in association with University College London, where she obtained a First in Law.
