Career

Sarah is a Senior Associate in the Regulatory team. Sarah is primarily responsible for investigating and preparing fitness to practise cases on behalf of various regulatory bodies. Sarah leads investigations on behalf of both the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

In her HCPC work, Sarah is particularly experienced in investigating complex cases involving dishonesty and sexual misconduct. Sarah’s cases often involve a multitude of issues that require her to exercise a pragmatic and measured approach to investigations. Sarah’s work on behalf of the ARB involves investigating a variety of complex cases often relating to high value architectural projects or matters of misconduct.  Sarah has recently begun to investigate and prepare cases on behalf of the General Optical Council.

Prior to joining Kingsley Napley in 2017, Sarah acted on behalf of medical defence organisations representing doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals. The scope of Sarah’s work included advising on disciplinary, criminal, coronial and regulatory matters.
