Ayesha is an Associate in our Family department.
Position
Ayesha advises on a wide range of family law issues resulting for the breakdown of relationships, primarily relating to divorce and matrimonial financial disputes.
Ayesha also advises on all private law children matters particularly to resolve disputes regarding children of separated parents, such as where the children will live and the amount of time a parent spends with the child, and financial provisions for children under Schedule 1.
Having previously worked across our commercial and residential property departments, Ayesha is able to advise clients using sound commercial judgment whilst also being committed to reaching a workable solution without unduly increasing any conflict.
