Wendi is the firm’s specialist regulatory and business crime consultant, with over 20 years’ experience. She has particular expertise in the complex field of contentious tax issue resolution and asset forfeiture, advising on both direct and indirect tax enquiries.

Wendi has defended both companies and individuals in numerous cases brought by the SFO and HM Revenue & Customs and has particular experience of very high cost and complex cases, predominantly involving allegations of fraud.

Currently, Wendi is dealing with a private prosecution in a multi-million pound international fraud case.

Wendi is also a member of the Female Fraud Forum.
