Position
David is a Partner in the Commercial Property Team. Whilst acting on a broad range of commercial investment transactions, David specialises in commercial property purchases, whether existing buildings or site assemblies, with a view to development in the North West market.
David acts for a number of small to medium enterprises, for whom he provides a bespoke, essentially ‘in-house’ service, providing strategic advice from inception of a transaction through to its completion and the subsequent development of the property. Over recent years, David has acted on a number of the most significant residential conversions of commercial buildings in Manchester city centre.
