Lucy has over 20 years experience in both clinical negligence and personal injury litigation acting solely for the victim.
Lucy has a wide range of experience of medical negligence work including ophthalmic, orthopaedic, obstetrics and gynaecology, oncology, cosmetic surgery and GP care and has significant experience in complex fatal clinical negligence claims.
Career
Lucy qualified in 1995 and practised in Farnham, Surrey before moving to Harrison Clark in Worcester in 1999.
In 2010 she moved to Lanyon Bowdler to concentrate solely on claimant clinical negligence where her passion lay.
Lucy joined the partnership in 2013 and has gone on to develop the firm’s flourishing clinical negligence practice in Herefordshire and South Shropshire.
Memberships
Lucy is a member of the AvMA (Action Against Medical Accidents) Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.
She is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers where she is recognised as a senior litigator.
