  • She acts for individuals in a variety of different matters, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, probate claims, substitution and removal of personal representatives, rectification of wills and professional negligence. Claire also has experience of post-death cases involving financial abuse by attorneys and the recovery of monies to the estate.
