  • Contentious and non contentious applications to the Court of Protection, for the appointment of a deputy, making statutory will, health and welfare matters and any matter on which the Court is needed.
  • Ongoing management of professional deputyships, whether in litigations or not, including the most challenging and complex matters.

Trained locally before joining Lanyon Bowdler as an NQ in their Court of Protection Team, which was then within the Private Client Department.

June 2018: Promoted to Associate

February 2022: Became partner

The Court of Protection Team became a department in its own right during this time.
