Particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, private equity, corporate reorganisations and growth companies.

Also experienced in a wide range of commercial matters including renewable energy projects, internet and e-commerce issues, agency distribution arrangements and trading documentation.
