Since qualifying Jennifer has specialised in corporate and commercial law. She spent several years working for a business on the Wirral providing advice and negotiating IT contracts for several international businesses.

She has worked in North Wales since 2018 specialising in all areas of commercial and corporate work including asset sales, share sales, shareholder agreements, providing data protection advice and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. She is now based in the corporate team and is located in Conwy.

Trained – University of York.  Qualified 2013

Started working for Lanyon Bowdler 2018.  Made associate in 2023.
