Kate is instructed by a range of public and private clients to act in their commercial disputes from the pre-action stage through to trial. Commercial Contracts, IT Disputes and Data Protection

Kate is highly experienced in dispute resolution and provides strategic advice with a view to achieving commercial solutions for her clients.

She specialises in complex IT disputes, working with clients to manage failing relationships and is experienced at reaching resolution via negotiation and mediation where possible. Kate is also regularly instructed on claims relating to data protection, privacy and breach of confidentiality.

Kate has advised in arbitration proceedings both domestic and international including arbitrations held under LCIA, ICC and GAFTA rules. She has experience at all levels of the civil courts.
