Partner in Inverness and head of Ledingham Chalmers’ employment team.  Represents and supports a large cross section of employers across the Highlands and Islands and North East in the private, public and voluntary sectors including Lifescan (Johnson and Johnson) and Baxters Food Group. Over and above conducting Employment Tribunals Kirk focuses on offering pragmatic advice on the wide ranging issues facing employers including discipline, compliance with Equality Act, Data Protection and TUPE. Kirk also provides innovative training and seminars to clients and organisations including the CIPD.
