Margurita is a Partner and Head of Residential Property.
Career
Margurita qualified as a solicitor in 2008. She joined Lee Bolton Monier-Williams in 2015 from a City firm. She became a Partner in 2017.
She is highly experienced in all aspects of residential property transactions including, but not limited to, dealing with High Value Properties, Transfers of Equity, Lease Extensions, New Build Properties and the Granting of New Leases together with all other aspects of residential property transactions. She also deals with Overage Deeds, Pre-Auction advice and Lease Extensions and Deeds of Variation.
She acts for a wide range of clients including Developers, Charities, Landlords, Landed Estates, UK Clearing Banks as well as individuals from the UK and abroad in all sectors of the London Residential property market.
Some of Margurita’s career highlights to date include:
• Margurita acted for a high net worth individual on the acquisition of a Grade One Listed Building
• Margurita has successfully completed a £36 million acquisition of a penthouse flat in central London
• Margurita has prepared the leases and dealt with sales of a large development in central London
• Margurita has completed the sale of land which encompassed an Overage Deed.
