Admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, Thibaut Kazémi advises French and foreign clients on M&A, joint ventures and Private Equity transactions in France and Africa. His experience encompasses a broad range of industries and he has strong expertise in aerospace and defense sectors as well as in telecommunications, medias and new technologies.

He also assists clients on corporate governance and family governance. He represents blue chip and emerging companies and also regularly advises shareholders of large family-owned groups.

Thibaut began his career in 2001 with Lovells (now Hogan Lovells). He joined the law firm Norton Rose and then Jones Day in where he was Of Counsel in M&A before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats in 2016.
