Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1999, Godefroy Le Mintier has been an LWA Corporate Partner since January 2023. Godefroy is also a qualified mediator .

He has been involved for more than 20 years more particularly in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, calls for tenders, international joint ventures and major projects, alongside leading French, African and international industrial players, shareholders of family groups, investment funds, financial institutions and public institutions in France, Africa and the Middle East.

Godefroy is particularly active in the financial institutions, infrastructure, agri-food, automotive and luxury sectors.

His experience covers all aspects of Corporate, including financing transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures, privatizations, corporate restructurings and commercial contracts.

Godefroy has also developed particular expertise in major projects and public-private partnerships in Africa. Before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Godefroy practiced at Norton Rose Fulbright for 23 years.

He did his cooperation in the national service in business (CSNE) in Morocco within the group of the French Development Agency (Proparco).
