Edward advises businesses in a range of sectors on transactional matters such as private mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations. He has particular experience in the hotel and leisure sectors and the healthcare sector, including GP practices and care homes.

In addition, Edward advises a variety of charities and social enterprises and their trustees on a range of commercial and governance issues.

Edward joined LA in 2011 following a successful career in social housing and having undertaken a law conversion course. He trained with the firm and qualified into the Corporate Team in 2014.
