Sian is a Partner solicitor in the Southampton Real Estate team.
She advises on a wide range of commercial property matters including:
- Portfolio management, acquisition and investment
- Secured lending
- All aspects of non-contentious landlord and tenant work

Career
Sian joined Lester Aldridge as a paralegal in August 2012 before completing her training contract and qualifying into the Real Estate team in March 2016.
