Partner in Family Law team. Accredited specialist in Family Law and Regulation of Professional Conduct. Jamie has acted in a range of family law actions, concerning financial provision, child-related matters, cessation of cohabitation and international elements, and deals with the preparation of Agreements before and after marriage and post-separation and advising clients in connection with Guardianship matters. His caseload has included complex Court of Session divorces, largely relating to the division of matrimonial property, and actions in the Sheriff Court concerning both children and financial matters. Also experience and expertise in regulatory and disciplinary law.
