Jo is a partner and chair in the Corporate team and handles mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, corporate joint ventures, company start-ups and employee incentive arrangements. She has a particular focus on the creative industries - advising mainly independent agencies in advertising, marketing communications, design, publishing, media, and technology markets. Over the last 2 years Jo has led the team advising Walker Books on its sale to Trustbridge Global Media.

Trained at Lewis Silkin; qualified in 1995 became a partner in 2000 and was head of corporate between 2005-2016. Became Chair of Lewis Silkin April 2022.
