Rory is a commercial law solicitor, recognised as a market leader in IT, internet and software law.  In particular, Rory has significant experience of deals with software developers and suppliers, resellers, IT consultancy and support services suppliers, website developers and hosting companies, ICT infrastructure outfitters, VOIP, dark fibre and general telecoms suppliers.  He heads Forde Campbell’s corporate and IT sections and advises public and private sector clients in Ireland, Great Britain and the USA.  His specialist area is advising on protecting, licensing and funding structures to introduce client’s products to the market whilst protecting their IP
