Katey advises clients in relation to equity funding rounds, whether seed, series A or B. She advises clients upon and taking a lead role in negotiating, provides commercial advice to a range of clients including SaaS businesses, designers and recruitment and consultancy agencies, relating to joint venture agreements, franchising, terms of business, terms of use, e-commerce and data protection.
