Consultant Partner specialising in employment tax issues including bonus planning; salary sacrifice; employment status; employment termination; and (in conjunction with Ius Laboris) internationally mobile employees. Victoria also designs and implements cash and equity incentive plans. In addition, she advises on the regulatory requirements for remuneration packages in the financial services sector.
