I am a Corporate Partner based in the Cardiff office, but work with clients throughout the UK and internationally. My practice is focused on private M&A with an emphasis on cross-border transactions, venture capital and private equity. A particular specialism of mine is advising US and EU corporates on inbound UK-centred acquisitions.

Geraint was a trainee in 1998 at Geldards LLP. Made Partner in 2009 and was there until 2020  before moving to Lewis Silkin in January 2021.
