Advised Annington Group on a number of complex development opportunities including the former Inglis Barracks site Mill Hill; long-standing real estate advisor to Rio Tinto plc - advised on relocation to Paddington shared resource centre, the redevelopment of its former headquarters building at 6 St James's Square and the ultimate sale and lease-back; adviser to the Sager House (Almeida) on the acquisition and redevelopment of Islington Square, a major mixed use redevelopment of the former North London post sorting office behind Upper Street, Islington.
