I am a Partner in the Employment team. I joined Lewis Silkin on qualification well over 20 years ago. I advise organisations on a wide range of employment issues, such as negotiated exits, absence management, redundancies, discrimination and family rights.

I manage our low cost, fixed fee HR / employment law support service, called rockhopper and our in-house secondment service, called LS In-house. Through these services we provide businesses with high quality and exceptional value employment law support.
