Partner specialising in all aspects of employment law, including co-ordinating mergers and TUPE transfers, drafting employment documentation, dealing with all the issues arising during employment (eg disciplinary and performance matters), director and senior terminations, working time, information and consultation issues and all aspects of tribunal work.

Trained Denton Hall (now Denton Wilde Sapte); qualified 1991; senior assistant Boodle Hatfield 1994; associate 1996; partner 1997; moved to Lewis Silkin as a partner and head of Oxford office in 2004. Publications of note: weekly column for ‘Personnel Today’ for three years; a range of articles in employment journals and websites; frequent lecturer, particularly on information and consultation, working time, TUPE and other core employment issues.
