Position

I am a disputes lawyer and for over 30 years I have been helping businesses and individuals solve their civil and criminal legal problems. I draw on a broad range of experience which includes previous roles as a criminal barrister and in-house lawyer.

I advise on a wide range of commercial civil litigation with particular expertise in media and intellectual property disputes, and in matters where clients may find themselves being prosecuted by enforcement agencies or regulators in the criminal courts, such as business crime, health & safety prosecutions, and competition cases.
