The ‘first class family team’ at Lindsays handles a range of financial and child matters, with notable strength in high-value disputes. Glasgow-based team head Alison McKee has broad experience in complex international matters, including child abduction and surrogacy arrangements, while Edinburgh’s Nina Taylor regularly acts in matters involving allegations of abuse. The team stands out due its dispute resolution capabilities, with child inclusive mediator Jennifer Gallagher working out of the Dundee office. Caroline Mackintosh joined the team in January 2024, further bolstering its child law expertise with her experience of child and education policy. Following the firm’s 2023 merger with Miller Hendry, Richard Frenz is a key name in Perth.
