Position
Lynsey is a Partner within Lindsays’ Private Client team based in the Edinburgh office. Lynsey provides a full range of Private Client services including advising Executors and beneficiaries in the administration of estates, drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and advising Attorneys on their responsibilities and duties.
Lynsey creates and administers Trusts and also provides inheritance tax planning advice. She has a keen interest in the Third Sector and is involved with the establishment, reorganisation and winding up of Charitable Trusts.
Lynsey is a Trustee of LifeCare, an Edinburgh based charity providing a flexible range of care, support, community services and social activities for older people. Lynsey is also a Trustee of Ponton House Trust.
