Ben Doherty is a Partner at Lindsays and leads our Employment Law team. Having specialised in employment law for over 10 years, he’s recognised for translating complex legal issues into practical solutions for employers across Scotland.

He’s recognised in Chambers as a “leading individual” in his field, and has considerable experience of representing clients at Employment Tribunals across the UK, including defending unfair dismissal, equal pay, and the entire range of discrimination claims.

Ben also has a successful record of advising clients about the application and effect of the TUPE regulations. He regularly acts for customers and service providers in respect of large-scale outsourcing contracts, using indemnities and warranties to manage and mitigate risk
