Partner in the commercial property department, based in Dundee. Specialises in residential and commercial sales purchases and leasing for both landlords and tenants. Also has experience with small claims and summary cause litigation work on landlord and tenant issues and debt collection.

Tutor and lecturer at Dundee University and was jointly responsible for designing a new conveyancing elective module to comply with LSS guidelines. Also the clerk to the Bonnetmaker Craft of Dundee which is the largest of the Nine Incorporated Trades of Dundee. Credential highlights: acting for a bank in the provision of security for multimillion pound property portfolio finance; represents Scotland’s largest equine rehoming and adoption centre and a BVI company in relation to their portfolio of student flats.
