He has over 20 years’ experience advising stakeholders on a broad range of restructuring, insolvency and other matters involving financial distress, including acting for senior, second lien and mezzanine creditors, bondholders, distressed and special situation investors and distressed corporates. He has a particular focus on complex multi-jurisdictional financial restructurings, schemes of arrangement, restructuring plans, security enforcement exercises and insolvencies.
