Liliane Gam is a counsel in the Antitrust and Foreign Investment Group at Linklaters, where she advises on all areas of EU and French competition law, including merger control, cartel proceedings, abuse of dominance cases, State aid matters and compliance issues. She also advises on foreign investment control. Liliane has been involved in high-profile merger, cartel and State aid cases and has advised large corporates and financial sponsors across a wide range of sectors, with a specific focus on the energy, automotive, real estate, retail, consumer goods and healthcare sectors.
