Pierre advises corporate clients on public and private M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. Pierre is co-head of the firm’s automobile sector and has significant experience in the pharma sector.

Pierre studied law on a joint degree programme run by Paris Sorbonne University and the University of Cologne, obtaining a master’s in law. He also holds a postgraduate degree in law at University of Paris and a LLM degree from Duke University, U.S.
