Diego Esposito is a partner based in the firm’s Milan office but has also spent 6 months on secondment to the firm’s headquarters in London and 10 months on secondment to the firm’s Hong Kong office.

Diego specializes in acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated lending, restructuring and structured finance, including High Yield bonds and SSRCF financing and private bonds structures. He has significant experience advising those on all sides of transactions, including arrangers, sponsors (including private equity sponsors), financing providers and borrowers in domestic and cross-border transactions.

Diego is a regular participant in the firm’s CSR activities, including helping out on the community investment day at Banco Alimentare, an Italian organization that promotes the recovery and redistribution of food surpluses to charities and the less well-off.
