Ivan Chuprunov has over 17 years of experience of advising international clients on complex private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures and restructurings as well as providing general corporate law advice. Ivan has been working on transactions involving investments into Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and United States of America.

He is a versatile specialist with experience across various sectors with particular focus on deals technology and fintech, energy, consumer and healthcare sectors.
