Ildar advises financial institutions and corporates in international banking deals with a particular focus on structured and limited recourse financings across the globe (including the CIS and other emerging markets). He also advises on margin loans.

Ildar spent a few months in the firm’s Moscow office and was seconded to Citi in London (in 2010).
