Linklaters‘ group assists its roster of well-known clients on the remit of complex matters. Hugo van der Molen and equity specialist Alexander Harmse co-head the firm’s combined debt and equity capital markets team following the May 2024 departure of former head Pim Horsten. Its workload ranges from advising on the structuring of tokenized bonds, to handling funding issues, to advising renowned financial institutions on regulatory capital issues and on issuances of sustainability-linked bonds.
