Shabnam specialises in Property Litigation acting for both commercial and residential clients. Shabnam advises management companies, managing agents, investors, developers, private owners, and landlords and tenants.

Shabnam began her legal career in 2015 as a Paralegal in London while studying Law at the University of Hertfordshire. She graduated with first class honours in 2017 followed by a distinction for the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2018. She then achieved another distinction for her LLM Master of Laws at the University of Law in 2018. Shabnam qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 and joined Longmores in 2022.

Shabnam can assist with a wide range of commercial and residential property litigation matters, including:

Business lease renewals and terminations Advice on freehold and leasehold property issues Other lease breaches Restrictive covenants and easements Possession proceedings – residential tenancies Boundary, co-ownership and party wall disputes Land Registry and First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) applications
