Career

John handles an array of commercial and residential property disputes acting for clients with property interests including management companies, managing agents, investors, developers, private owners, rural land owners, and both commercial and residential landlords and tenants.  John’s particular specialism is in advising landlords, management companies and managing agents about the various legal issues and disputes which arise in connection with blocks of apartments.

John studied Law at the University of Southampton, graduating in 2006. He immediately followed this with the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (now the University of Law), graduating in 2007.  He joined Longmores in 2009 as a Trainee Solicitor, qualifying into the Residential Property team in 2011.   In 2012, John founded our Property Litigation team and in 2016 was promoted to Senior Solicitor and then Partner in 2020.
