Career

Hayley has significant experience in advising and acting on all manner of commercial and residential property disputes.

Hayley studied Law at the University of Hertfordshire followed by the Legal Practice Course (LPC).  After training, she qualified in 2015 and joined Longmores in 2017.

She acts for a wide range of clients including managing agents, property investors, developers, commercial and residential landlords and tenants in resolving a wide range of property related disputes.

Her expertise include:

Advice on freehold and leasehold property issues Co-ownership disputes Business lease renewals and terminations Non-payment of rent Other lease breaches Forfeiture Break clause notices Dilapidations Restrictive covenants Easements (e.g. rights of way) Trespass and nuisance claims Title disputes Residential Lease Extension and Collective Enfranchisement claims Service charges disputes Possession proceedings for short residential leases (e.g. assured shorthold tenancies) Land Registry/First-Tier Tribunal applications (e.g. adverse possession and rectification of register) Party Wall Act disputes.
