Career

Kirsty works closely with the Dispute Resolution team to provide comprehensive support and advice on a variety of matters.

Kirsty graduated with a first class degree in Law from London South Bank University in 2018. While at university, Kirsty threw herself into gaining practical work experience, completing a work placement at broadcasting and telecommunications regulator, Ofcom, and volunteering at the university’s Legal Advice Clinic.

Kirsty started her legal career at a property litigation firm where she worked on a diverse range of cases, including lease forfeitures and the recovery of service charges and ground rent.

Kirsty’s expertise include:

Shareholder and partnership disputes, theft and misuse of commercially confidential information Breach of fiduciary duty Commercial contract disputes Copyright and trademark infringements Bringing and defending claims on behalf of insolvency practitioners Bankruptcy and winding up petitions Annulment applications and disputes with trustees in bankruptcy Contentious probate cases.

Personal

While studying Law at London South Bank University, Kirsty volunteered at the Legal Advice Clinic.
