Giannina Leander is a highly experienced IP lawyer with a focus on litigation and transactions. With a background in serving major international and domestic companies in consumer, retail, fashion and technology sectors, she offers creative and business-minded advice that propels clients’ businesses forward. Giannina specializes in protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade names and design rights. She also provides comprehensive guidance on local and global IP strategy and enforcement, as well as domain names, marketing, and advertising. In addition, Giannina is passionate about assisting pro bono clients with IP-related matters. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, she gained over 5 years of valuable experience at a global law firm in Amsterdam and a Dutch IP boutique law firm.
