Jörg Herwig leads the practice since July 2023 and has replaced transaction expert Matthias Jaletzke, who remains on the team. Herwig also coordinates the China desk and covers the interface between VC, PE and M&A. He is supported by Thiemo Woertge, who supports transactions and venture capital financing and handles matters at the IP interface.
