Markus Franken is a well experienced German real estate transaction lawyer and the youngest of five German civil law notaries that have their office with Hogan Lovells in Germany.
As a lawyer Markus mainly advises national and international investors, banks and wealthy individuals on real estate transactions and in particular project developments. His other main areas of expertise include advice on commercial and private tenancy law, private building law as well as property law.
As a notary he is specialized in real estate transactions and corporate law.
Markus is a lecturer at the EBS Executive School for private building law.
